All About The Workshop

Since 2004, Amrita has been making and selling Macarons from the tender age of 14. Much older (and hopefully wiser) now, she hopes to be able to share her knowledge that has been acquired over almost 2 decades with avid home bakers and pastry chefs.

Macarons are an incredibly finicky thing to make, even for the most experienced of pastry chefs.
